Finding Dory Review

Recently, I found out that Finding Dory, the sequel to the 2003 movie Finding Nemo, was on Netflix. I wanted to see this movie when I first heard about it coming out in theaters, but when it came out I didn't get around to seeing it. So, when I found out that Finding Dory was on Netflix, I was pretty excited that I had an opportunity to finally watch it. Also, before I watched Finding Dory, I watched Finding Nemo a couple months before, so my memory was refreshed on the plot of Finding Nemo.

Overall, I would give Finding Dory 5 stars. I thought it was a great movie because in Finding Dory, we get to learn more about the character Dory. Marlin, Nemo, and Dory go on an adventure in California to find Dory's parents. During the quest to find Dory's parents, Dory has flashbacks to her childhood. This is a big deal because Dory has short term memory loss. This movie demonstrates the importance of family and friends. Without friends and family, we wouldn't have anyone to help us get through life. Finding Dory is a suitable movie for everyone, including kids, parents, and young adults who watched Finding Nemo when they were younger.
