The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story Review

A couple weeks ago, I was on Netflix trying to find something to watch and I came across The People v. O.J. Simpson: American Crime Story. I heard about this show last year when it was on FX and most people said it was a great show. Before watching this series, I didn't really know much about O.J. Simpson and the trial he had in 1995. All I knew was that he supposedly killed his ex-wife Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend Ron Goldman. I also knew about the quote, "If the glove doesn't fit, you must acquit."

After watching this series, I am also one of the people that think this is a great show. This show seems very accurate in portraying what happened during the trial. It also shows all sides of the story. You get to see things from the prosecutors', Marcia Clark and Chris Darden, point of view and O.J.'s lawyers point of view which include Robert Kardashian, Robert Shapiro, and Johnnie Cochran. There is also an episode where you get to see what the jury was like and how they were kept away from the media. Also, most of the cast looks very similar to the real people. This link shows the real people versus the actors. Here are a few pictures.

Overall, I think this show is an amazing show to watch if you want to learn more about the O.J. Simpson trial.
